My review isn't for the pool products or service. I bought a used truck from these folks and I was very pleased with their integrity and service. The folks there are quality salt-of-the-Earth people and the truck was and still is in great shape! If they take care of their pool customers the way they did with me, I have no doubt you'll be satisfied.

Phenomenal work... They do what they say they are going to do... which in my opinion separates them from the completion. Not to mention, their owner Adam has always made sure that the service exceeds all expectation! ππΌπ₯π―

Closed 40 minutes prior to posted close time. Generally unfriendly in experiences previously. Leslie's is right up the road at Voice of America as a superior option

We've been with Aqua-Tech since opening our pool ~15 years ago. They always do a fine job, and provide excellent customer service. I'd highly recommend this company.

We only have positive things to say about Aqua-Tech Pools! The entire staff is super helpful and willing to take the extra few minutes to answer our questions. The Owner (Don) was on site during our install and even made extra trips out to our house to address any concerns and ease our minds throughout the installation process. Rain delayed our concrete but, Don made sure we had a working pool to enjoy for Memorial day and made sure we had safe water to swim in. From start to finish Aqua-Tech Pools exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend their services!

This is the third season to use our pool from Aqua-Tech, so basically a new pool. Issues with pipes busting and the liner coming away from the cantilever edge. Have to pay to have it all fixed - awful expensive purchase to have to be paying for repairs already!!!!
I will respond one time and one time only because I understand the importance of running a business and customer satisfaction. I think your company does a fine job, but I feel it is important for customer's to be validated.
I live three miles outside of Oxford. It is not convenient for me to run down to 42 every time I have a pool need. Therefore, I have started utilizing a local reputable pool company (will not say who-due to your response). A very expensive pool purchase from Aqua Tech was used for a total of 8 months before issues started. When you call the installer, you want to feel validated - not "pools no longer under warranty, call office for service". No sympathy or compassion! Finally, Ashley I was not irate, you are being a little unfair.

We researched many pool companies in the area and were immediately drawn to Aqua-Tech. They are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The fact that they are family-owned and don't subcontract out is what makes them unique. We had a few issues during the liner install that were fixed properly and timely. The pool was completed in about 2 weeks time. Even after completion, we have been pleased with their advice and willingness to come out to our home to check on things. We highly recommend and encourage anyone who wants to build their dream pool to use them.

When we began the process of looking for a company to complete our back yard renovation we heard consistently from others that Aqua-Tech Pools was the best company to work with. We are thankful that we took this advice. From start to finish Aqua-Tech Pools exceeded our expectations. Their service and commitment to doing things right is second to none. We would highly recommend their services!

I can't say enough about this company, from start to finish they have been amazing. Their attention to detail and built in extras, insure the finished product is top-notch. If an issue arises they do everything they can to resolve the matter immediately. We love our pool and definitely chose the right company to build it! Thanks so much Aqua-Tech!!!!

If you're looking to have a pool installed in your yard, Aqua Tech is definitely who you want to go with. We couldn't be more happy with the customer service they provide, and most importantly the finished product. We had some strange easements we had to work around, and Aqua Tech did everything they could to work with us so we got exactly what we hoped for. We love that they are a family owned business. They take pride in their work, and go above and beyond to make what can be an overwhelming experience a successful one.

Let me start off by saying "Terrible". The company did not take precaution in bringing equipment and in particular concrete to my house for the purpose of pouring the pool. They were negligent. They offered no solutions to pump in the material or move shrubs to bring it in over the grass. Instead because it was easiest for them they drove six loads of concrete in full size mixers up my 135 driveway and destroyed nearly 50% of. That is of course all I can see now. In the two months since they left the damage gets worse as it weathers. When confronted with the damage owner Don Combs inspected it with me on two occasions. At first he left me believing he would never leave the damage in this shape. After the second inspection when hundreds of cracks had appeared he informed my wife to look on the back of the contract he signed with her to build the pool. To paraphrase it says the company WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any damaged caused to your property by them. Period. As it stands today they are soon going to have to defend this language in front of a judge. The estimate to replace the drive is $35,000. Imagine that. The pool cost was estimated to be $48,000. Imagine you as an owner of a home contracts with a local company to do work only to find they negligently damage nearly as much as they are adding. Then they expect you to walk away because they input unconscionable language as they have done. When Don came out to measure our yard in the early spring he briefed us about construction. He never gave us any option for contract delivery. The only damage of note he indicated that would occur was to our grass. And he said they would take care of that. They did not. Someone else had to do so. I can only guess they assume they are the Blessed Pool Company and their work to be so good they can get away with this poor customer service. Wait there is more.......
When Don came to measure then the yard for the pool he spray painted and area 18 x 36 feet. The size of the pool. He also spray painted the grass to show us where the concrete patio would be around the pool. I will estimate it was 5-6 feet of concrete. Whatever it was both my wife and I were satisfied. This was the only discussion of concrete we had with Don and later his daughter and sales rep Ashley Arnold. We did request colored concrete. She noted on our contract that would be an extra charge and she would advise us of the cost later. The contract shows an asterisk by an area they call "extra concrete" and a notation that we are requesting color. This was the last discussion anybody at our home had with the company about concrete. On the first day the concrete was poured I came home for lunch to notice the area that had been poured was a lot larger than we had planned for. The area was no longer in a rectangular shape as I had expected but now rounded much in the shape of a football. I recall wondering to myself "is this free". At that time my wife came out to the pool area and a worker met up with me as well. He said "what do you think"? he also added "we thought it would look better this way". Honestly I was stunned. I remember saying to my wife this had better be included in our cost. When confronted by phone Ashley told my wife Debbie that most of her customers give them a free hand to do what they thought best and settled up later. This was not what we planned to do at all. No discussion was ever had about adding extra concrete. Even though Ohio law prohibits a vendor adding more than 10% cost to a job this company felt like it had carte blanche. Days later I was being pressed for my second pool payment of 60%. This left a balance of 5% due or about $2500. On this day the company delivered a bill to me in the amount of $11,000 for extra concrete. They said that they had used four times the amount of concrete as we were allotted in our agreement. I refused to pay and now they put a mechanics lien on my home.
